In the two cases wherein Japan Mitsubishi Pencil Kabushiki Kaisha accused Shanghai Zhencai Stationery Ltd. and Shanghai Lemei Stationery Ltd., the producers and sellers of “Zhencai Jianfeng 911A Pressing Neutral Pen”, “Zhencai Ruifeng 3051 Neutral Pen” and “Zhencai Qili” Ball-point Pen 2862” of infringing it’s design patent right, Unitalen dealt with the two cases actively as the attorney for Shanghai Stationery Ltd. and Shanghai Lemei Stationery Ltd., and won in the court of first instance. On June 19, Beijing No. 2 Intermediate People's Court overruled the claims of Japan Mitsubishi Pencil Kabushiki Kaisha.
