China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission makes the arbitrament on the “brother.cn” domain name dispute lodged by Japan Brother Industries Ltd. (Japan Brother) against Xiamen Huixun Technology Ltd. According to the arbitrament, the domain name shall be assigned to the Japan Brother.
