CNIPA and Japan Patent Office (JPO) Extend Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) Pilot Program
November 24, 2023The CNIPA and the JPO have jointly decided to extend their PPH pilot program for another five years from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2028. The requirements for and procedures of participating in the present pilot program shall continue to follow the CNIPA-JPO PPH Guidelines.
