Unitalen Holds IPR Forum for Enterprises
The “2004 High-Level Forum on IPR Protection and Development Strategies for Enterprises”, organized by China Trademark Association and Unitalen Attorneys at Law (Guangzhou and Beijing offices) in cooperation with “Guangzhou Daily”, will be held on November 24 at 1:30pm–5:30pm in China Hotel, Guangzhou. Representatives from the Trademark Association and the Trademark Office, as well as other IPR experts have been invited to give presentations on topics, including patent risks and policies for Chinese enterprises; recognition and protection of famous Chinese trademarks; major problems following WTO accession and respective solutions for enterprises; establishment of IPR protection systems and trademark maintenance under high competition etc. The forum is aimed at handling IPR risks and setting up of IPR protection systems in Chinese enterprises. Representatives of different types of enterprises are invited.
