May 28 of 2005, Beijing Leisure Equipment Development Center authorized Unitalen to act on its behalf to sue Ying Bo Lan Tian and Yi Fang Yuan for collectively infringing its patent rights on “virtual laser shooting system” before Beijing No.2 Intermediate People’s Court. The collective infringement was lastly determined by the court. However, Ying Bo Lan Tian appealed and the hearing was held publicly by Beijing Supreme Court on April 11 of 2005. On August 19 of 2005, the judgment was finally made and Ying Bo Lan Tian’s requests were all refuted by the court.
