Unitalen Representing Shanxi Baiyuan Trousers Wins Trademark Infringement Litigation

As one of the “2005 Top ten trademark infringement cases of customer attention”, Unitalen represented Shanxi “Baiyuan Trousers” Ltd. to sue Beijing “Baiyuancheng” for trademark infringement. On March 20 of 2006, Beijing No.2 Intermediate People’s Court made the final judgment, refuting the appeal by Beijing Baiyuancheng and upholding decision of the first instance.
