Unitalen Wins “夢(mèng)特嬌” Trademark Infringement Litigation

On April 26, 2006, the Sixth World IP Protection Day, Hunan Province Changsha Intermediate Court held a public court on the lawsuit lodged by BONNETERIE CEVENOLE S.A.R.L., owner of trademark “夢(mèng)特嬌”, against a ceramic manufacturer in Foshan on the grounds of trademark infringement and unfair competition. As the presenting attorney for “BONNETERIE CEVENOLE S.A.R.L.”, Unitalen submitted abundant evidence to the court.

After careful and thorough argumentation, the judge issued a verdict at court that the defendant has constituted the act of trademark infringement of the well-known trademarks “夢(mèng)特嬌” and “MONTAGUT” owned by the plaintiff.
