Unitalen Helps Beijing Kenuohua Reach Agreement on Share Transfer with Matthews International Corporation

On behalf of Beijing Kenuohua Electronics Technology Co. Ltd., Unitalen concluded an agreement of share Transfer with Matthews International Corporation on December 18, 2006. According to the agreement, both parties shall jointly invest in building workshops and make all-round cooperation with each other in R & D and solution providing.

In the July of last year, Unitalen were entrusted by Beijing Kenuohua Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. with respect to the issue of share purchase by Matthews International Corporation. After five moths’ efforts and back-breaking negotiations on December 16 & 17, 2006, the parties finally reached and signed the agreement of share transfer.
