USB Patent Infringement Lawsuit against Sony
Sony China yesterday made its first public statement concerning the appeal filed by Netac Technology Ltd against Sony Electronics (Wuxi) Ltd. The company expressed its regret for “having been censured for IPR infringement” and promised to take all necessary measures to protect its lawful rights.

Sony also stated its determination to make detailed investigation on the matter and apply all necessary measures in accordance with the Chinese laws. Now that the case has entered legal proceedings, Sony declined making any detailed comments for its respect to the Chinese laws and courts.
