Verdict for the biggest patent infringement case in China: The aggrieved enterprise wins compensation of RMB 29.800,000

Recently, the Intermediate People’s Court in Zhengzhou made a verdict on the infringement of an invention patent with the "Chinese Patent Golden Award". According to the verdict, three enterprises and individuals should stop their infringing activities immediately, with Beijing Tailong Automatic Equipment Co., Ltd. ordered to make a compensation of RMB29800,000 to Zhengzhou Top Rolling Technology Co., Ltd. According to bulletin of Henan Intellectual Property Office on 4th July, this case has created the biggest IPR infringement compensation in China heretofore.
